From time to time we have a post that is challenged. Rule number 17, which is accessible to any reader, touches on this. Rule number "17. If you would like a post removed send a message or a private message to the one that posted the message. A private message can be sent if you are a user. The user that posted can then request their post be removed."
I guess I have to expand some more on just what steps one should take it they would like a post removed. Send a private message to the owner of the topic or the user that posted. Send me a copy, kent@peanut.org, to let me know you have requested the post be removed. The topic will then be put on hold pending a response from the owner of the topic. If after a period of time there is no response or the person refuses to remove the topic, the topic will be removed from the hold status. It is then up to the person that is offended to take other action.
